What our community thinks

Testimonials

We’ve had 1,000+ people take an Atlas Training around the U.S. and we’re more convinced than ever in the value that it applies. It’s not simply about the results that people produce in their lives, but the sheer number that end up referring a colleague, friend, or family member to the training.

Here are just a few examples of what we’ve heard from participants after completing their programs:

“Since Atlas and receiving the tools, I am off my Xanax, antidepressants and heart medicine (stress gone = no more PVCs). I feel so much better physically too. I acknowledge my limitations and can do so much more.”

Renewed health and vibrancy for life

— Chrys Gosnell, Real Estate Agent
Sharptown, Maryland

“No longer retired... I am now rewired. At 73 years young, Atlas has inspired and supported me to again work as a leader in my community.”

— Linda W. ( Monterey, CA)

“Atlas gave me the courage to open my own nutritional club. I’ve also been able to tap into live coaching and bring that into by business as well. I look forward to continued growth, growth, growth!”

— Jasmine M. (Boston, MA)

“With the support of Atlas, I led a cross-functional sales and marketing team to finally solve a complicated reporting problem that has vexed my (new) employer for over four years.”

— David H. (San Francisco, CA)

Gorgeous, glorious, challenging, perilous, stretching beyond all metrics. I feel more alive, fulfilled, at home within myself and capable of making a difference on this planet. In fact, I already have, and will continue to.

— Adam C. (San Francisco, CA)

Career, Health, Relationships, Personal finance & Community impact Results

Reaching new heights in any of the mentioned subject is a common reason that people start the Atlas Training. Many participants choose a goal as the endeavor they receive coaching on during the 90-day Redesign process. Here are some examples of results that they’ve created.

Britt Murlas: Little Feminist

I am the Founder & CEO of LittleFeminist - a children’s book company committed to stories of strong females and people of color. The coaching and support I received during Atlas helped me triple the size of my business in just 3 months. Atlas showed me where I was holding myself and my business small, and inspired me to make huge steps forward.

Atlas created lasting change in my life because it gave me time to practice and refine my newfound leadership skills.

My relationship with my spouse and my entire family has deepened because Atlas taught me how to see and then set down my own ego, allowing me to speak to what’s underneath for my family and friends.

Revae Downey: House Flipping

I am a public health professional with a full-time job and completed my very first residential house flip during my Atlas journey. My property went on the market during my final week in Atlas; never would I have imagined learning so much about the ways in which I’ve held myself back from life’s possibilities.

I received two career opportunities resulting in a bidding war and ultimately a proposed salary and sign-on bonus, both of which were the highest I’ve received to-date.

Devon Luongo: Defeating Chronic Pain & Opiates

Before Atlas, I’d been in chronic pain for 10 years and was on a large dose of doctor-prescribed opiates. I’d had 5 failed surgeries, so it made medical sense to try something new. 4 months before I enrolled, I decided to save myself the time and frustration of dealing with doctors and pharmacies by buying fentanyl off the dark web. A month after I enrolled, I realized that at the rate I was going I wouldn’t live to see 35. I walked into the Explore Training with extreme withdrawals.

It’s been 2 years since I finished Redesign and I’m completely out of chronic pain. I married my soul mate, I had a beautiful baby girl, and I’m no longer terrified that I’m going to completely fuck up being a dad. I’m an amazing dad. I even started my own company, secured $500,000 in seed funding and built the AI Platform I’d been dreaming about since I was a 16.

I paid $450,000 for my formal education. If I had to choose between that investment or my Atlas Training, I’d choose Atlas. It’s not a magic bullet. Like anything in life, it’s the people that apply themselves, keep an open mind and work hard that learn the most. All I can say is that applying myself in the training room instead of somewhere else was one of the 3 best decision I’ve ever made in my life. Marrying my wife was number #1. Getting clean was #2.

Jeff Sera: Gaining self-confidence, and self-worth

Through the Redesign process, I was able to enroll my father, who was the focus of my breakthrough. Once my father completed his Redesign, he reconnected with his biological father who had been estranged for 55 years. I was able to meet my biological grandfather, whom I didn't know existed until I was in my mid-20s.

I was also able to gain more self-confidence, and self-worth. This has allowed me to progress and excel in my life in all areas: Health, career, romanic relationships, friendships, and family. The redesign process has given me the confidence to proceed through life knowing I can face anything that comes up.

Genie Foon: Fly Me To The Foon Scholarship

In 2017 we lost our son Neel in a tragic accident. In his memory we established the Fly Me to the Foon Scholarship fund at Oakland School for the Arts in Oakland CA and the Foontastic Music and Arts fund at Montessori Family School in El Cerrito CA. Both funds support music education in the two schools our son attended. In the past 3 years we have raised close to $120K to support young musicians pursue their dreams. The Foontastic Fundraiser, held in June annually, is a concert that showcases students, alumni, teachers and special guests, all coming together to raise money for these two funds. It is my goal to bring communities together to support youth in music. The Foontastic Fundraiser concert began as a goal I set for myself during my Atlas redesign two years ago. This will be our third annual concert.

Stephany Luongo: Overcoming Debt

Before I did Atlas, I owed $25,000 in debt. By doing the program, I learned to understand my relationship with money. I learned that there were scarcity and abundance conversations going on within me, like a tug-of-war. I was compensating my anger, sadness or disappointment with the act of buying “something,” because I thought that that “something” would make me truly happy. Of course, those things didn’t make me happy. It was never enough.

Atlas helped me work through my emotions and the wounds from my past related to money. They help me see what my real aspirations were and taught me how to set challenging goals. I had coaches and trainers available 24/7, ready to listen to my struggles and to celebrate my successes with me. Atlas supported me in having a plan and encouraged me to never give up. Today, I AM DEBT FREE! It feels great to see that zero in my accounts!
